MOBILE APP · FORMATION

Beyond attendance and giving. Formation.

The Ediphai mobile app gives your members a personal formation experience. With explicit consent, the formation signals they generate flow back into Edi— so your picture of each person gets richer over time, not just by activity, but by who they're growing into.

For individuals on the app through their church, visit app.ediphai.com.

The Growth Profile

A portrait of each member that grows with them.

The Growth Profile is a living narrative of who a member is — their story, their wiring, the season they're in — generated quietly from their use of the app over time.

Story & background

Where they've come from, what's shaped them.

The narrative most pastors used to carry only in their heads — a member's history, what's formed them, the season they're walking through now.

Design & wiring

How they're made.

Gifts, passions, individual style, the things they're drawn to and the things that drain them. The shape of a person, not just the shape of their attendance.

Generated quietly

Built over time, never from raw text.

The Growth Profile is synthesized from reflections, coaching, and rhythms inside the app. Members own the underlying words — the church only ever sees the structured profile.

Spiritual Gifts assessment

Where they're gifted, made clear.

A structured assessment ranks each member across the standard spiritual giftings. Together, the top results form their Gift Mix — the small set of giftings that most define how they show up.

Your team sees who's wired for teaching, hospitality, leadership, mercy, and the rest — without guessing. The right next step, the right invitation, the right place to lead.

Shared with your church only when the member opts in.

What gets richer

With formation data in the picture, the picture changes.

Leadership

Leadership development.

Edi can see who's ready for which kind of next step. Spiritual gifts, growth season, and engagement patterns combine into a clearer picture of leadership readiness.

Care

Care moments.

Someone still attending but moving through a hard season looks different from someone steady. Formation signals help Edi surface both differently.

Placement

Group & serve placement.

Recommending the right group, the right team, the right next step is hard when all you have is activity. Formation data makes the recommendation thoughtful.

Common questions

Common questions about Mobile.

No. The B2B platform stands alone — a church can subscribe purely for the unified data, Edi, and the Console and find it worth the cost. The mobile app is an additive layer that deepens what Edi knows when your members opt in.
Only the roles you configure. Formation signals follow the same role-based access controls as every other data type in the platform. A care pastor might see growth-season signals; a finance director never would.
No. The raw text stays with the member, always. What flows to the church is the structured signal layer — gifts, growth season, engagement patterns, next-step indicators.
Sharing can be reversed at any time, granularly. When a member opts out of a category, the corresponding signals stop flowing into Edi going forward, and existing signals in that category are removed from the platform.
Staff use the Console and the conversational channels. The mobile app is for members. Some staff also choose to use the app personally — but it's never a requirement of their role.
