The Console · Coming Soon

From insight to outcome. Tracked.

Most insight never becomes outcome. The Console is where your strategic work lives between meetings — owned, measured, and watched continuously by Edi so nothing drifts in silence.

Initiatives · the unit of execution

Every strategic bet, a tracked Initiative.

An Initiative is bounded work with an owner, a target, and an update cadence. It's how the things you decide in the room become things Edi watches between meetings.

Live metrics, against a target.

Every Initiative carries a Dashboard generated by Edi. The metrics that define success, watched continuously against the target. No SQL, no chart configuration — you describe what you're working on, and the dashboard takes shape in conversation.

The story behind the numbers.

Alongside the Dashboard, a Timeline collects Updates from your team, Signals Edi posts when it notices a shift, and the Comments threading underneath. Reactions teach Edi which signals matter. Institutional memory that compounds, not loose Slack messages and inboxes.

Tell Edi what to watch for.

Each Initiative can have its own Alerts — event-style rules Edi monitors continuously. Configured in plain language. When something fires, you get a notification with the context that triggered it, and a record on the Timeline.

Edi:“Alert me when attendance drops” sounds like a trend — I'll watch it as a Signal instead.
Edi and your team · side by side

Edi says what changed. Your team says why.

Edi watches your Initiatives continuously and surfaces what it sees as Signals. Your team posts Updates with the ministry context. Comments and reactions thread underneath — institutional memory the next staff member won't have to rebuild.

First-time givers under-30 are tracking −24% against the same window last year. Visitor → regular conversion is still healthy (+6pp), so people are showing up — they're just not crossing into giving.

The Console isn't a dashboard tool. It's where Edi and the people you lead alongside finally work in the same place — and the work they do together stays.

And the things you always watch

Vitals is your instrument panel.

A small curated set of always-on metrics for your role. Continuously watched. Configurable in plain language. The dashboard you check when you want to know where the church stands — not the project list.

An executive pastor watches church-wide health. A campus pastor watches their campus. A kids director watches their ministry. Same primitive, scoped to who's looking.

The Weekly Digest

A weekly recap you don't have to build.

Every Monday, Edi drops a digest that recaps last week — the weekend services, what moved on your Initiatives, and what needs your attention before staff meeting.

Strategic narrative — not raw numbers. Good enough that your board update is mostly already written.

By design

Most days, you won't need to log in. That's the point.

When an Alert fires on one of your Initiatives, Edi texts you. You don't have to be at your desk to know that four new families checked in this Sunday for the first time — you read it on the way to school pickup, ask Edi to start follow-ups, and you're done before you've opened the Console.

The Console is where the work lives between those moments. Most leaders open it a few times a week, not a few times a day.

Common questions

Common questions about the Console.

No. The Console tracks the strategic Initiatives where data and follow-through matter — bounded efforts with metrics and a target outcome. Lighter day-to-day task management (Asana, ClickUp, Notion, whatever your team uses) stays where it is. The Console sits on top of the work, not in the middle of it.
Access is configured per role per church. The senior pastor sees the big picture. The finance director sees giving detail. The campus pastor sees their campus. Ministry leaders see their ministry. Configurable during onboarding and adjustable any time — and the same controls govern what Edi can answer in every other surface too.
No. Most leaders use the Console a few times a week, with Edi delivering the daily essentials through the channels their team already uses. The Console is for the deeper work that needs space — configuring what gets watched, reviewing a quarter, drilling into an Initiative.
Yes. The Vitals you watch, the Initiatives you track, the Alerts you configure are all yours. Edi adapts to your team's priorities and your church's specific operating rhythms. Configuration happens in conversation — you describe what you want to track, Edi sets it up.
Built for it from the ground up. Campus pastors see their campus. Senior leadership sees the whole. Vitals and Initiatives can be filtered by campus, by ministry, or rolled up across the church.

Let's talk

See the Console in action.

We'll set up a sample Initiative against your actual operating rhythms, show you how the weekly Brief comes together, and answer any questions.
