Ediphai Church Connection Agreement

Why we share anything at all

Sharing helps your church leaders walk alongside you with more context so they can offer relevant support and help you take meaningful next steps. We designed sharing to be simple, transparent, and always in your control.

What your leaders will see

  • Your Growth Profile - The spiritual formation portrait you already see in your app. What you see is exactly what they see.

    • Your Growth Profile is also editable, so you can choose what is included and what is not included.

  • Your assessment results - Results from assessments you complete (like Spiritual Gifts), as you see them.

What we will never share

Your private conversations and reflections with Ediphai are yours. Leaders will never see your chat messages, reflection entries, or anything beyond the profile and results you can already view yourself.

Who sees it

Only authorized leaders at the church you connect to.

If you switch churches, your old church loses access, and your new church only gets access after you agree again.

If your church stops partnering with Ediphai, sharing stops automatically and leaders will no longer be able to access your shared information.

You're always in control

You can turn off data sharing whenever you want: Settings > Privacy > Data Sharing > Off.

Turning it off stops sharing immediately. Your church connection and any subsidized access your church provides stay active. You can turn sharing back on anytime.

Data shared while consent was active may remain part of the church’s historical record. You can request full deletion by contacting support.

About subsidized access

Some churches cover the cost of Ediphai Premium for their members. This benefit activates when you connect to a participating church. Agreeing to these terms (including data sharing) is part of connecting, but if you turn sharing off later, your subsidized access stays.

Changes to this agreement

If we make meaningful changes, we'll let you know in the app before anything takes effect.
